Approach to
conducting efficient audits
For a long time, audits have been perceived with a negative image because auditors were unprepared, unfocused and showed lack of knowledge on regulations. Auditing requires professionalism. An audit is a conversation.
Observations should be discussed in mutual respect and not in a confrontive atmosphere. An audit is not an interrogation.
Audits are helpful for assessing a company’s quality system and identifying areas for improvement. Successful auditing requires skilled auditors in terms of regulations and audit techniques.
